Returns & Exchanges
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products you may return the items in original condition within 30 days after receipt of merchandise. We will refund you as soon as the goods are delivered at our offices. Note that the delivery cost to return these items are at your own cost.
Special Request Orders: Large volume orders or non-stock items specifically ordered at the customer's request are non-returnable.
In the rare case that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact customer service prior to sending it back. Our helpful customer service team will resolve the issue promptly.
