Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 5–12 business days.

Orders shipped within the United States are sent from our U.S. location. All orders shipped outside the United States are sent from Taiwan.

 

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or carrier charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid at checkout.

Import charges vary by country and may be approximately 5%–20% of the order value, although the actual amount may be higher or lower. Please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

Customs inspections and delays are outside our control.

 

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.

USPS is our preferred carrier for orders shipped within the United States. International orders are shipped from Taiwan using the most appropriate available carrier.

Please make sure your shipping address and contact information are complete and correct. Customers may be responsible for additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
