We carefully prepare and ship every order from our U.S. or Taiwan location, depending on the delivery destination.

Processing Times

Most orders are processed within 5–12 business days. Processing time refers to the time required to prepare your order before shipment and does not include transit time.

Orders delivered within the United States are shipped from our U.S. location. Orders delivered outside the United States are shipped from Taiwan.

U.S. Shipping

Orders over $99 qualify for free shipping within the United States.

USPS is our preferred carrier for most U.S. orders. The available shipping options and charges, when applicable, will be shown during checkout.

International Shipping

International orders are shipped from Taiwan using the most appropriate available carrier for the destination.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier, and customs processing. Customs inspections and delays are outside our control.

International Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or carrier charges required by their country.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid at checkout. Because requirements vary by destination, please contact your local customs authority for more information before placing an order.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive an email containing the available tracking information. Please allow time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after shipment.
